Pitchfork Pantry was founded in November 2014 and we offer our time-honored baked goods that are made in-house the old-fashioned way! We make everything fresh, one batch at a time with the best natural ingredients available. We offer Cupcake Bouquets, Sourdough Bread, Artisan Bread, Custom Cakes, Cupcakes, Smash Cakes, Pies, Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies, Jams/Jelly/Fruit Butters, Dry Spices, Vanilla Extract to name a few.
Also available are certified nest run chicken eggs.
Sheri Shaw is the founder of Pitchfork Pantry bakery, which is a licensed cottage business in Kingman, Arizona, and who formerly owned a catering service in Flagstaff, Arizona. Chef Sheri obtained her culinary degree with a specialty in bakery/pastry from Delgado Culinary Arts, New Orleans, Louisiana in 1981.
